WHO WE ARE

San Bernardino Community Service Center Inc.

Is a grass roots community- based non-profit organization. Over the past 15 years, we have specialized in providing immigration legal assistance to low income families in the Inland Empire. SBCSC, Inc. is recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice and it has three fully Accredited Representatives who are able to provide legal representation before the Immigration Court and before USCIS.

Consultations & Other Remedies

Funding for DACA has been provided by the California Department of Social Services(CDSS) . We are providing free DACA consultations and free legal assistance for other types of relief (I-130 Petition, Adjustment of Status, VAWA, U Visa) depending on income eligibility.

U.S CITIZENSHIP

Consultations

   Funding for citizenship has been provided by the California           Department of Social Services(CDSS) .  We are providing free      legal assistance for naturalization services, depending on income eligibility .

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Consultations

The assistance includes free consultation and case assessment for referral to agencies who provide legal representation, preparation of legal documents and assistance in soliciting permanent residence when available.

IMMIGRATION ASSISTANCE

Consultations & Case Management

We provide free legal assistance and case assessment on family petitions (I-130), Adjustment of Status, Consular processing, and all types of immigration relief and waivers of inadmissibility. Depending on income eligibility, we provide free representation and document preparation. 

VAWA & U Visa

Consultations

The assistance includes free consultation, legal representation, and preparation of legal documents when applying for benefits, depending on income eligibility.
