ABOUT PROJECT
The Opportunities For Youth (OFY) project is a new program that we are launching to provide post-placement services to Unaccompanied Undocumented Minors. Services will promote security, foster parental resilience among sponsors, and support the socio-emotional adjustment to life in the U.S. The objective is to provide youth with services that support their reunification with sponsors and aide their integration into their new communities.

Have entered the US before your 18 birthday, and been processed through the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) which designated you as an Unaccompanied Undocumented Minor

(San Bernardino & Riverside Counties)

Currently be under the age of 21
SERVICES PROVIDED
The OFY project service delivery model has three components Case Management, Program Navigation, and Youth Mentoring. Some of the services included are as follows:

SOBRE EL PROYECTO
El proyecto Oportunidades Para Jóvenes es un nuevo programa que estamos lanzando para brindar servicios que ayude a jóvenes migrantes no acompañados a integrarse a sus nuevas comunidades. Pondremos a los jóvenes en contacto con los recursos y servicios que buscan y necesitan. También queremos establecer una relación sana entre los jóvenes y sus familiares.
